Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 12, 2017 and on or about August 11, 2018, and the appeals having been perfected, And plaintiffs-appellants Matthew I. Handelsman and Amy B. Handelsman having moved for an order granting leave to enlarge and supplement the record on appeal, and to withdraw their brief and file a replacement appellant's brief addressing the supplemental records, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
