Pending in the above-docketed matter is an Order To Show Cause served October 21, 2021, for petitioner to show cause why the Court should not issue an Order directing the small tax case designation be removed in this case and that the proceeding not be conducted under the Small Tax Case Rules. Subsequently, on November 2, 2021, petitioner filed a response to the Court's Order, suggested a potentially relevant concession.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 6, 2021, respondent shall file a reply to petitioner's just-referenced response.
