HANCOCK ROCK PROPERTY, LLC, HANCOCK ROCK MANAGER, LLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

On November 10, 2022, the parties filed a document entitled "Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial" (Doc. 22). The cover page of the document is mistakenly styled "Status Report." Later on November 10, 2022, the parties filed a second Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 23). The second Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial appears to be a duplicate of the first. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall restyle the cover page to the parties' document entitled "Status Report" filed on November 10, 2022 (Doc. 22), as the parties' "Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial." It is further

ORDERED that parties' first Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial filed November 10, 2022 (Doc. 22), is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
