Action for enforcement of a foreign judgment, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Rodriguez, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment as to liability; following a hearing in damages, the court, Levin, J., rendered judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
