In a separate trial the codefendants were convicted of voluntary manslaughter. See Hampton v. State, 102 Ga. App. 511 ( 116 S.E.2d 649). In the present case the defendant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter.
The evidence clearly authorized the conviction and sentence. Guilt or innocence was a question for the fact finder (the judge in this instance). Rhodes v. State, 41 Ga. 215, 217; Adler v.
