This case was heard for trial at the Remote Special Trial Session of the Court which commenced on March 9, 2023, where Cleveland, Ohio was listed as the place of trial.

On February 24, 2023, respondent filed with the Court Unagreed Exhibits (33 R and 34-R) at Index No. 26. On February 28, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court Unagreed Exhibits (33-P through 37-P) at Index No. 29. These two filings both contained exhibits number 33 and 34. Respondent refiled the exhibits titled 33-R and 34-R on March 6, 2023, as Respondent's First Amendment to Respondent's Unagreed Exhibits (Exhibits 38-R and 39-R) at Index No. 31.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Respondent's Unagreed Exhibits at Index No. 26, filed with the Court on February 24, 2023, is stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that Respondent's First Amendment to Respondent's Unagreed Exhibits at Index No. 31, filed with the Court on March 6, 2023, is hereby retitled as "Respondent's Unagreed Trial Exhibits (Exhibits 38-R and 39-R)".
