On May 28, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report. The parties are working on an offer in compromise. If they reach an agreement, they presumably will submit a stipulated decision. If they are unable to reach an agreement, this case will need to move toward trial. To keep the Court apprised of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report by July 23, 2021. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
