TIMOTHY A. HAMMITT, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

This case is set for trial at the Court's San Antonio, Texas, trial session beginning September 30, 2024. On June 26, 2024, petitioner filed a motion (Doc. 11) for a document subpoena hearing. The Court entered an order and notice (Docs. 12-13) on June 27, 2024, granting petitioner's motion and setting this case for a status hearing during the Court's July 17, 2024, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session for the purpose of document subpoena enforcement by a third party. However, on July 12, 2024, petitioner filed a status report (Doc. 14) in which counsel reports that the third party has complied with counsel's document subpoena. In view of petitioner's status report, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the Court's July 17, 2024, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session. This case will not be called on July 17, 2024, and the third party need not appear.
