Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Walter J. Desmond, Judge.

Action by D.C. Hammell against John H. Britton and others to set aside a judgment in a former action to quiet title to certain real property in state. From a judgment for defendants, after sustaining a demurrer to plaintiff’s amended complaint without leave to amend, the plaintiff appeals.

Reversed with directions to overrule the demurrer.
