ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

This case is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed August 9, 2024, and heard on September 9, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the Court's Chicago, Illinois, trial session. The parties appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before October 9, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if a joint report is not possible) as to the then-current status of this case. Any status report should include (1) if the parties have shared all documents upon which they intend to rely on at trial, (2) the efforts of petitioners to hire an attorney to represent them at trial, and (3) the parties' estimated time for trial.
