ORDER

On June 17, 2022, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision resolving this case. In the first paragraph of the parties' settlement stipulation, the parties reference the "attached Statement of Account (Form 3623)", however, the parties' stipulation does not include any attachments. Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' settlement stipulation.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties settlement stipulation, filed June 17, 2022, is hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 1, 2022, the parties shall file a revised signed settlement stipulation in this case.
