Denise Hamlin-King Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

The petition in this case was filed on February 12, 2021. Petitioner seeks review of a deficiency notice dated January 11, 2021, apparently issued to her for taxable year 2018. On June 10, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 6, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is apparently based.
