JUDGMENT
The Court has entered its Findings in the case, accepting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. Therefore,
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's Title VII claims against EEOC are DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims under the Equal Pay Act against the EEOC are DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim and Plaintiff's claims under the Administrative Procedures Act are DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim.
It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted an opportunity to file a second amended complaint in accordance with the above findings within twenty days from the date of entry of the Order Accepting Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. If Plaintiff fails to timely file an amended complaint, the Court will DISMISS this action under FED. R. CIV. P. 41(b).
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall transmit to the parties a true copy of this Judgment, together with a true copy of the Order Accepting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
