Pursuant to the Court's Order Granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, it is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED as follows:
1. Plaintiff shall recover nothing from Defendants;
2. Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed on the merits and with prejudice.
