ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files and records in this case, and the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, I am of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are adopted as the findings and conclusions of the Court.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge are adopted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Bridget Wilson, Cheryl Brown, Johnny Caldwell, Sherry Wright and Joyce Fowlers are dismissed as frivolous.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the District Clerk shall issue summons for Defendant Landmark of Richardson, 1510 N. Plano Rd., Richardson, Texas (972-234-4896) and to deliver the summons and a copy of the complaint in this case to the United States Marshal's Office for service pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c).
