By notice (Doc. 12) served July 15, 2021, this case will be tried in a proceeding during the Court's Washington, D.C., trial session beginning December 13, 2021. On November 22, 2021, the Commissioner filed a pretrial memorandum. The Court held a telephone conference with the parties on November 23, 2021, during which petitioner Maurice S. Hamilton and counsel for the Commissioner discussed the parties' readiness for trial. Consistent with the agreement reached at that time, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for trial as a remote proceeding at a date and time certain of Wednesday, December 15, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (ET), via Zoomgov. The parties are expected to be present on December 15, 2021, and to be prepared to try the case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall refer to (1) the notice setting case for trial (Doc. 12) served July 15, 2021, for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode, and (2) comply with the Court's standing pretrial order (Doc. 13) served July 15, 2021, for the completion of their pretrial trial activity in this case.
