ORDER

On February 1, 2021, the petition to commence this case was filed by petitioner Amanda Hamilton. Attached to the petition is a copy of a joint notice of deficiency issued to "Leroy W & Amanda Hamilton". On June 4, 2021, petitioner Amanda Hamilton filed a Notice of Change of Address. Leroy W. Hamilton also submitted to the Court a Notice of Change of Address. At this juncture, it is unclear whether Leroy W. Hamilton wishes to be added as a petitioner in this case. Mr. Hamilton is advised that if he wishes to participate in this case as a petitioner, he will need to file a Ratification of Petition, ratifying and affirming the petition filed on February 1, 2021.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, if Leroy W. Hamilton wishes to participate in this case as a petitioner, he shall file a Ratification of Petition on or before July 6, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a form which Leroy W. Hamilton may use for purposes of filing a Ratification of Petition.
