Nov 25, 1969
227 So. 2d 703 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1969)

Opinion

No. 68-490.

October 31, 1969. Rehearing Denied November 25, 1969.

Appeal from Circuit Court for Polk County; J.H. Willson, Judge.

Hugh E. Reams of Kiernan Reams, St. Petersburg, for appellant.

Stephen H. Grimes of Holland Knight, Bartow, for appellee.

We have reviewed the record in this case and find that it amply supports the findings of fact meticulously set out by the trial judge; and further find that his conclusions of law are well-reasoned and correct.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from should be, and it is hereby, affirmed.

Affirmed.

LILES, Acting C.J., and PIERCE and McNULTY, JJ., concur.
