WRIT GRANTED IN PART WITH ORDER; DENIED IN PART. We grant the writ and vacate the judgment of the trial court, granting the Plaintiff's Second Motion to Compel Discovery Responses and awarding attorney's fees and court costs. Relators are to produce to the trial court the unredacted board director meeting agendas/minutes relative to Urgent Care of Slidell, Inc. for the time period Dr. Hatem Hamed worked at the facility and during his contract negotiations to the trial court for an in camera inspection. The trial court is to determine whether the redacted information is relevant and subject to production, pursuant to the Consent Judgment on Motion to Compel With Protective Order dated December 4, 2017. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
