These cases are calendared for trial on the Court's March 4, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session.
Pending before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed June 29, 2023. The parties move that the Court set these cases for a remote hearing and issue a notice of remote proceeding to provide a return date and location for subpoenas duces tecum that the parties intend to issue. The Court will grant the parties' motion, but it will be set on its scheduled August 28, 2023, San Francisco, California Special Session. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is granted in that these cases are scheduled for hearing at the Court's August 28, 2023, San Francisco, California Special Session at a time and date certain of 1:00 p.m., on Monday, August 28, 2023, in Room 2-1408, Burton Federal Bldg. & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102, at which time any subpoenas duces tecum may be returnable. ORDERED that, no later than August 21, 2023, the parties shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third-parties have complied with the subpoenas and a hearing is no longer necessary.
