Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York; Clarence G. Galston, Judge.

Plaintiff, as Trustee in Bankruptcy of The Carburetor Corporation, appeals from dismissal of its plenary action to recover property and assets alleged to belong to the bankrupt at the time of their claimed wrongful seizure by the defendants.
