ORDER


DENYING INTERSTATE CLEANING CORPORATION'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGEMENT; DENYING JONES LANG WOOTTON USA's MOTIONS FOR LEAVE TO LATE FILE; AND DISMISSING AS MOOT THE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE

For the reasons stated in this court's Memorandum Opinion separately and contemporaneously issued this 13th day of January, 2005, it is hereby

ORDERED that ICC's motion for partial summary judgment is DENIED without prejudice; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that JLW's motions for leave to file are DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff's motion to strike is DISMISSED.

SO ORDERED.
