Action to recover damages for injuries suffered by the infant plaintiff as a consequence of the breaking, in a street door of a multi-family house, of a panel of glass claimed to have been cracked and loose for an extended period of time, and by his mother for loss of services and for medical expenses. The mother's action was dismissed at the close of the plaintiffs' case. Judgment for the infant plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
