Donald Hall, Petitioner(s) v. State of Florida, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 061995CF000337B88810

To the extent that Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus, the petition is hereby denied because Petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). To the extent that Petitioner seeks a writ of quo warranto, the petition is denied. All other requests for relief are denied, and no motion for rehearing will be considered by this Court.

LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, FRANCIS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
