AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA


In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Hall, 681 So.2d 642 (Ala. 1996), the judgment is reversed and this case is remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

All the Judges concur.
