Hall v. Lee

Supreme Court of Georgia
Mar 20, 1987
354 S.E.2d 832 (Ga. 1987)

Opinion

44240.

DECIDED MARCH 20, 1987.

Habeas corpus. Douglas Superior Court. Before Judge James.

Susan Hall, pro se. Frank C. Winn, District Attorney, for appellee.

This is an appeal in a habeas corpus action brought by the appellant to challenge her extradition to Louisiana. The court below denied relief finding the extradition documents to be in order. Since the extradition documents meet the requirements of Michigan v. Doran, 439 U.S. 282 ( 99 S.C. 530, 58 L.Ed.2d 521) (1978), we affirm the ruling of the trial court.

Judgment affirmed. All the Justices concur, except Bell, J., not participating.

DECIDED MARCH 20, 1987.
