In Re: Andrea Hall, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 613,268.

BEFORE: PARRO, GUIDRY, AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator, Andrea Hall, has not shown that he is entitled to mandamus relief. On January 15, 2013, the Nineteenth Judicial District Court issued Prison Litigation Reform Act Stay Orders on all pending and new suits filed by relator. Relator has not demonstrated that the PLRA Stay Order has been overturned or vacated by a federal court, the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, this court, or the Louisiana Supreme Court. See La. R.S. 15:1187.
