Upon due consideration of the First Amended Petition filed March 29, 2022, by petitioner in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that the docket number of this case is amended by adding the letter "S" thereto, which shall now read "Docket No. 2703-21S", and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a "small tax case". It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial for any proceedings in this case shall be changed to San Francisco, California. It is further

ORDERED that, given the subsequent development of the filing of the First Amended Petition, respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim upon Which Relief Can Be Granted, filed March 11, 2022, is denied.
