This case is calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session, which will be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On October 14, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, to which we ordered petitioner to respond by November 22, 2021. On October 26, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance. We will grant the motion for continuance so that the undersigned can decide respondent's motion to dismiss.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion for Continuance, filed October 26, 2021, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session, and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
