ORDER

This case is calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session, which will be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On October 14, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction representing that petitioner did not timely petition this Court within 90 days after a valid notice of deficiency was mailed. See I.R.C. §§ 6212, 6213(a). Respondent represents that petitioner objects to the granting of the Motion.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 22, 2021, petitioner shall file with the Court a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
