ORDER

On April 29, 2024, docket entry 24, respondent filed a Status Report which indicates that this case is still pending the processing of petitioner's 2016 tax return for recompilation of the tax. Respondent received petitioner's delinquent 2016 tax return on April 28, 2024, and on April 29, 2024, respondent sent the tax return to the IRS for processing. Accordingly, respondent requests an additional ninety (90) days to file a stipulated decision document with the Court.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 29, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Status Report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
