Upon due consideration of petitioners' First Amended Petition, filed June 13, 2022, and because a review of the Notice of Deficiency upon which this case is based shows that the amount in dispute is $50,000 or less. it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Vantassal Hall and Christopher Hall, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended by adding the letter "S" to the docket number and the Clerk of the Court shall process this case to trial or other disposition as a small Tax Court case.
