On October 10, 2023, docket entry 20, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that this case is still pending the processing of petitioner's 2016 tax return for recompilation of the tax. The parties are attempting to expedite the processing of the tax return so that final resolution of this case can be memorialized in a decision document. Accordingly, respondent requests an additional sixty (60) days to file a stipulated Decision document with the Court.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 19, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
