This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 14, 2022, for cases in which Richmond, Virginia, is the place of trial.

On July 29, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance, indicating therein that petitioners do not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed July 29, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's November 14, 2022, Richmond, Virginia, trial session and is continued generally.
