On April 9, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Administrative Record. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's April 15, 2024 trial session for Cleveland, Ohio. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard. ORDERED that, on or before May 16, 2024, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution should not be granted and a decision entered in this case.
