This case is calendared for trial at the May 23, 2022, Denver, Colorado, Trial Session of the Court.

On April 22, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties are nearing a settlement in this case, and that respondent is conceding the I.R.C. § 6662 penalty proposed for petitioners 2018 tax year. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 23, 2022, Denver, Colorado, Trial Session. Petitioners are not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, May 23, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 24, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
