ORDER
Emin Toro Judge
These cases were calendared for trial during the Court's June 20, 2023, Tampa, Florida, special trial session. On February 27, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the status of the case. During the call, the parties reported that a basis for settlement had been reached in all cases. The Court therefore struck the cases from the calendar and directed the parties to file a status report or stipulated decision documents on or before May 30, 2023.
On May 30, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report. The Status Report advised that the "parties have discussed and agreed to the computations necessary to complete and file stipulated decision documents," but "[d]ue to the complexity of the decision documents, the parties request until July 28, 2023 to file stipulated decision documents." By Order served June 5, 2023, the parties were directed to file on or before July 28, 2023, either a joint report describing the status of the cases or stipulated decision documents.
On July 26, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report requesting additional time to file stipulated decision documents.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases or stipulated decision documents.
