ORDER

These cases are currently calendared for trial during the Court's June 20,2023, Tampa, Florida, special trial session. On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment in docket no. 16285-22.

On February 27, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the current status of the case. During the call the parties reported that a basis for settlement has been reached in all cases. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that these cases are stricken for trial from the Court's Tampa, Florida, Special Trial Session scheduled to commence on June 20,2023, and the above Special Trial Session is canceled. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 30,2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases or stipulated decision documents. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed February 6, 2023, in docket no. 16285-22 is denied as moot without prejudice.
