This case is on the calendar of the Court's February 26, 2024, trial session in New York City, New York. On November 28, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, notifying the Court that petitioner, John H. Hajjar, filed a petition with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey under 11 U.S.C. § 362(a)(8) on June 9, 2023, after filing a timely petition with this Court on March 29, 2022. On the same day, the parties filed a Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance (Doc. 15) is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's February 26, 2024, trial session in New York City, New York, and this case is restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a)(8), all proceedings as to petitioner, John H. Hajjar, are automatically stayed. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before May 28, 2024, file with the Court a report as to the then-present status of the bankruptcy proceeding.
