This case is calendared for a remote trial at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, November 15 through Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

On October 26, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, the parties represented that additional time is needed in order to either reach a basis of settlement in this case or prepare this case for trial. Additionally, during that call, counsel for petitioner requested that the Court order periodic status reports and that the undersigned retain jurisdiction, to which respondent did not object.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from remote trial at a time and date certain on Tuesday, November 15 through Wednesday, November 16, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (EST). It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 24, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
