This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on June 13, 2022, in Tampa, Florida. On March 24, 2022, petitioner filed an unopposed Motion to Proceed Remotely, requesting that the case be calendared for a remote trial, preferably in September or in the first half of November 2022, but not during the week of a regularly-scheduled trial session in Tampa, Florida. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed March 24, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the June 13, 2022, Tampa, Florida Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court and the case will be calendared for a remote trial in the fall of 2022 in due course.
