Order reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. We are of opinion that the examination is for improper and ulterior purposes and that it is not sought in good faith. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
