Judgment and order of the County Court of Dutchess county reversed, and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the verdict of the jury was contrary to the weight of the evidence. Mills, Rich, Blackmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concurred.
