On October 17, 2019, petitioner filed a Motion to Set for a Time and Date Certain. Therein, petitioner seeks to have the Court calendar this case for a hearing at which the pending issues can be reviewed. Respondent does not object to the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Set for a Time and Date Certain, filed October 17, 2019, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a hearing (to be conducted remotely) at a date and time certain on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. during the March 21, 2022, remote Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced standalone remote Trial Session of the Court.

This Order constitutes official notice thereof to the parties.
