On December 6, 2023, appellant Melanie Lynn Hagner filed a motion to hold the trial court reporter in contempt for failure to deliver the reporter's record. In her motion she contends the February 3, 2023 transcript remains missing. We order court reporter Debra Jimenez to file a response to the motion confirming there is no such transcript or a copy of the February 3, reporter's record in lieu of a response no later than December 18, 2023.
