Melanie Lynn HAGNER, Appellant v. Juan Antonio VALDEZ Jr., Appellee

From the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023-CI-01683 Honorable Rosie Alvarado, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant Melanie Lynn Hagner has moved for an extension of time to file her opening briefing because the reporter's record is incomplete. A review of the record demonstrates the reporter's record may be missing at least one volume. Accordingly, appellant's brief is not currently due, and her motion for extension of time is denied as moot.

We order Court Reporter Debra Jimenez to file any missing volumes of the reporter's record in connection with the March 7, 2023 final protective order no later than October 2, 2023.

It is so ORDERED.
