This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022, for cases where Cincinnati, Ohio is designated as the place of trial.

On January 24, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. On February 11, 2022, the parties in this case submitted a Settlement Stipulation, and a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed on January 24, 2022, is denied as moot.
