Action to quiet title to certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the defendant John Hager filed a counterclaim, and tried to the court, Lewis, J.; judgment for the plaintiff Alan Hager on the complaint and for the defendant John Hager on the counterclaim, from which the defendants and the plaintiff Alan Hager filed separate appeals to this court. Affirmed.
