ORDER OF CONDITIONAL DISMISSAL

NATHANAEL M. COUSINS, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Plaintiffs/Relators having filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal under Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of all claims without prejudice, the Court vacates the July 14 CMC, conditionally dismisses the case without prejudice and orders the Clerk of Court to administratively close the case. The Court retains jurisdiction. Notice of this Order must be provided to the United States. The United States by July 27 must file its written consent to the dismissal under 31 U.S.C. § 3730(b). This Order may be publicly filed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
