It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted, limited solely to the New Jersey Patient Safety Act CPSA) issue. The matter is summarily remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the Court’s opinion in Madeline Keyworth v. CareOne at Madison Avenue, 258 N.J. 359, 319 A.3d 464 (2024). Jurisdiction is not retained.
